The leather sample book of the 100 BASIC
Touch it. Feel it. There are 100 different types of vegetable tanned leather samples in the book, and we paste each of them by our hands. Its strong cover, fastened by a hook-and-loop fastener, makes it easy to be taken with you. In the book, there are introductions for each type. We hope they can give you inspirations for your leather product creations. This product has been discontinued.

We, Sanyo Leather, are a leather company with a slogan of “MAKER’ S LEATHER Make leather for creators.” supporting all the makers who use leather. Over 100 years, we have always been chosen by fastidious customers. It is because we have strict leather selection standard and the accumulated tanning and finishing techniques.
The “100 BASIC” is a way to show all the manufacturing methods of the vegetable tanned leather that we have had as our basics. “No two leaves are alike”, and so is the vegetable tanned leather, each type, each piece has its own characteristics. Here, we pushed out 100 types, you can order by designating a type number we offered, or we can also develop new types at your original requests. We believe that the techniques that can make the most of leather will inspire the makers as well. It is our pleasure to make the aspirations you devote on manufacturing true with you.
